Years from now, when these days have long since passed, my hope is that your photographs bring it all rushing back—the love, the connection, and exactly how it felt.
One day they're tucked beneath your chin, their hand wrapped around your finger, needing you for everything. Then somehow, without you noticing, they're running ahead. Their features change, their voices grow, and the little things you thought you'd never forget begin to soften around the edges.
